The Alliance on Mental Illness and Mental Health (AMIMH) in Manitoba

AMIMH was established in 2002.  It is a coalition of mental illness & mental health consumer, family, advocacy & professional organizations.  AMIMH is based on the Canadian Alliance on Mental Illness and Mental Health (CAMIMH) model.

 

AMIMH Mission:

To facilitate and promote the government’s establishment and implementation of a Manitoba plan on mental illness and for mental health that reflects a shared provincial vision for meeting the needs of persons with mental illness and enhancing the potential for positive mental health of Manitobans.
