Understanding Mental Illness
CMHA is committed to public awareness efforts that result in reduced stigma of mental illness. Through education and training activities such as presentations and workshops, our Community Education Service assists services and groups in our community to understand the issues that people with mental illness face and to learn about ways to support people with a mental illness. Understanding each other builds an inclusionary community.
