This service provides people with information about services and supports for people experiencing mental health problems.
What information can you get?
We can provide information on mental health services provided by government, the regional health authority and community groups. We have printed material on mental illnesses and finding help.
CMHA has published a Mental Health Resource Guide that lists help available in Winnipeg. Copies are available for free by contacting the agency. You can view the guide on-line or download a pdf version of the guide to your computer by using the link below.
