The CMHA Winnipeg Region produces a Mental Health Resource Guide. Follow the link to view, download, or print a pdf version of the guide.
If you would like to receive a copy (or copies) of the Resource Guide, please call 982-6127 or e-mail. For requests of 10 or less Resource Guides, we will mail out the guides for free. For requests of more than 10 guides, we ask that you arrange for the guides to be picked up at our office at 930 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
